I spent years doing what I was supposed to do — building a career, earning credibility, moving up. By most measures, I was succeeding. But I'd look at the eight dimensions of life I now use with every client, and I'd see the gaps clearly. A 2 out of 10 on some of the things that matter most. Sixteen hours a week of Netflix. A financial life that didn't match my income. Relationships I was showing up to but not really present in.
I wasn't broken. I was just living by default instead of by design.
The Integral framework — built on Ken Wilber's AQAL model, the PERMAVAS flourishing model, IKIGAI purpose mapping, and OKR execution — gave me a way to see my whole life at once and make deliberate choices about it. Not just optimize one quadrant while ignoring the others. See everything. Choose deliberately. Act clearly.
That's what I do with clients. Whether you come to me for your business, your life, or both — you leave with a complete picture, a clear strategy, and the next steps to actually execute it. No fluff. No generic advice. A rigorous, personal system that works because it was built around you.
I still work at Airstream — recently promoted to Commercial Business Development Manager, where I lead the expansion of marketing and sales for their commercial line of trailers and vans. I coach on the side — for now. Every client I take on gets my full attention and the same framework I use on my own life. That won't change as this grows.
If you're ready to stop going through the motions and start designing something worth living — let's talk.
